الفنون وسيله هامه من وسائل المعرفة تتساوى مع غيرها من المواد الأخرى في الاهميه إلا إن هناك
فرق بين المعلومات التي يمكن إن نتعرف اليها بالقراءة،وعن تلك المعلومات التي يعكسها الفن بطريقه ملموسة حيه عن طريق الرســم والإشغال اليدوية حيث يمكن إن نتعلم الدقة والعناية والترتيب،والتفكير العلمي من خلال هذا الحس الفني .كما أن الفنون في مفهومها الواسع عمليه تربويه تخاطب الحواس وترتقي بالذوق وتقوده على تذوق روعة الجمال... كما أنها تنمي القدرات الفعلية والوجدانية على المدى الطويل .حيث نجدها تساعد على انتقاء جماليات الأشياء التي تنعكس بدورها على السلوك والإختيارات كالبس، والمسكن، وألأثاث،وغير ذلك..
